Well I got up early really had a hard time sleeping knowing that today we would get in our very first cruise. Missy also woke early so we could head towards the port before traffic. We arrived at the gate at 9:15 am and a really nice guy told us they didn't open gates till 9:30 but we could get in line to wait so we did and there she set. Miss sunshine herself.

You can see her tail sticking up in the background. So we waited until they let us in.
They finally let us through and we had to drive thru a maze to get in but it was well organized.
So we got out luggage dropped off and walked to the terminal. And it was a long walk. But we made it just fine did have some small problems but we fixed it. We then had to show our boarding passes and birth certificates.
Then we just had to wait for them to call our section which was E5. We boarded a greyhound bus which took us custom of the United States. There they scanned our luggage with bomb sniffing dogs and then let us go on. From there we had to put our luggage through and X-ray machine and pick it up on the other side. Once there it was real close to boarding.
We went and added money to our sail and sign card which you use in the cruise for money. And it's also your key to your room. Everyone has to have one no matter the age.
After that we walked up a small ramp and inside we went for the first time. Let me say it was overwhelming to me. The lady at the customs did tell us when we got in to go to the ninth floor and get something to eat and they would call when the room was ready. So we did.
This was our first pictures I took once we were in. Then we really couldn't do allot because I over packed and had several luggage with us so we decided to go to our room floor and just wait.
While we were waiting our Stewart came buy and said what room was we, we told him 12022 and he said you can go ahead and put your stuff in if you like. When we walked in I had it decorated for missy for our anniversary and they did a great job.
I Also had a cake, chocolate dipped strawberry's and chocolate chip cookie waiting on her.
After we got settled and looked around our room we headed out to explorer.
So not allot of pictures was taken as we were learning our way around. It sure was nice having missy with me to experience this. We sure made some great memories.
So night was upon us and we had already pulled out of port about 5:30pm and we were in our way. Oh, it was cold. So I wanted to try to get the sun set and ride each morning. So below are pictures of those the first is the first one we saw.
So ended our first start of our first cruise. I Shall post more tomorrow or as time allowed.
