Heart attach (water helps)

Did you know that heart attack and water go hand in hand?

How many people do you know that say:

- I don't want to drink water before bed because I have to get up at night...?

I did not know that !

I asked my doctor why people run to the toilet a lot at night. The doctor said: cardiac gravity holds water deep in the body, and when vertical swell legs when you lie down, lower part of the body (legs etc. d. ) is at the height of the kidneys, and that's when the kidneys remove water, because it's easier.

I knew that a minimum of water is needed to help remove toxins from the body. What I didn't know is that drinking water at a certain time maximizes its effectiveness in the body, and the right time to drink it:

2 glasses of water after waking up; helps activate internal organs.

1 glass of water 30 minutes before meals helps digestion.

1 glass of water before taking a bath helps to lower blood pressure.

1 glass of water before going to bed prevents strokes or heart attacks.

I might also add, my doctor said that bedtime water also helps prevent leg cramps.

Leg muscles need hydration and therefore slumps wake you up.

The cardiologist said share this with your loved ones, several lives can and will be saved.
