Why I blog

For so long I wanted to keep track of all of our journeys. We do so much together that I wanted to document them. Even if they were just small things. I decided to do this one from Wix which is the best so far.

My blogs are probably considered to short but sometimes people will get bored the more you write. So I try to keep it short and sweet.

Most of our visit/journeys have taken us to one of our favorite places, pigeon forge, Tn as it's not very far from us about three hours. We either go our selves or other family members either one we love it. Visiting the Christmas shops is our favorite also.

There have been many reasons for us to go there but our most memorable one is our honeymoon Jan 4, 2014 it was cold snowing and way below zero we had the place to ourselves. It was great. The very next year, our first anniversary, we went back and it was 70 degrees and crowded.

Blogs can bring out allot of memories for everyone and if you don't capture them some how it will leave as time goes on. Some people use the vlog (video blog) to capture things which also interest me. Or capture their adventures through photos only no captions no paragraphs etc just photos (which also interest me. I was thinking of doing one just photos and nothing else and see if people know where they are from. But maybe another time.

At the time of this writing our journey only takes us to work together which we spend most of our time there as you can NOT get people to work. But we get to spend time together there at least.

There are many more out there just a few I can think of. I recommend you starting your own blog so people later in the future may come across your blogs and read what you were up too.

Ivory and Ember

About six years ago I started a journal in a book sort of a diary for my grand baby Ivory. I wanted her to know the dates of important things in her life when she got older that she could read and remember. I have written in this book on and off for 5 years now. Hoping some day she will get it and read it for herself what I had to say to her. Along came another grand baby Ember, so I tried to start her one also but decided to add hers into Ivory's. That way they both can read what all is going on and maybe ivory can read it to her when they are older. I also have written down my passwords and usernames in their book so they would have access to this blog and if they wanted to continue with it they could or just read about what their grand parents were up too.

Blogs are an amazing thing to me, I tried to read as many as I can find that interest me. You can write about anything you like and hope someone will enjoy your writings as you do.
