Why is your dinning room closed?

We hear this so often in our work place. We get a dozen or more phone calls daily is your dinning room open? Why not? When you do NOT have enough employees to work and something happens either sickness, death etc. then you must do what you have to do

To run a good restaurant you need a certain amount of people to make sure you are getting the right service you need. If employees can not get to work then that makes it impossible to serve you like you expect to be served. We try our best to make sure our doors are always open but sometimes you can’t.

So what is the solution

Get out get you a job where you can help keep the doors open. Either a part time or full time either would help any restaurant. Be available if someone calls in and you get a call to see
